Steve Marshall is President and founder of Marshall Real Estate in Boulder, Colorado – previously The Marshall Company. Prior to opening his brokerage firm, he served as Commercial Director for KW Commercial with Keller Williams Front Range Properties, LLC. Before moving to the Front Range, he was a commercial broker with The Fleisher Company, serving the lower Roaring Fork Valley, from Carbondale to Rifle, Colorado. He is an experienced professional specializing in commercial and investment real estate. Steve has experience with development projects, assemblages, and various investment structures. Steve has a diverse background in real estate, finance, and investing. Steve has operated his own independent real estate brokerage, and worked as a consultant on municipal golf course development, real estate investment, and small business development and financing.
