Bill Conner is a General Contractor and an Associate Broker with Marshall Real Estate, his focus is on commercial real estate acquisition, construction, and landlord/tenant representation. He worked in the investment banking industry for several years before returning to Boulder, Colorado to focus on construction. Bill enjoys helping clients find suitable investment properties, manage construction needs, find suitable tenants and manage the property through Marshall Real Estate.

Bill holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Arizona.

Recreationally, Bill, his son, and their friends indulge in the many outdoor activities – biking, hiking, camping, golf, and skiing – that Colorado has to offer.
